Transparency in Further Training, Are intransparent regulations a barrier to geographic mobility in the European Union?  (Awarding body: The German Pact for Employment (Bündnis für Arbeit), co-financed also from Federal Ministry of Education and Research) 2001-2002.

Partner in LEONARDO – project to analyse the Continuous Vocational Tranining Survey (CVTS II firm-level survey) and to check the comparative methodology. 2001-2003.

“tlm.net” – Proposal submitted jointly with SISWO (Netherlands) to the 3rd call of the 5th framework programme from the European Commission (DG Research) to compare transitional labour market institutional arrangements and processes across European countries. (currently under review!!!).

OECD- Centre for Educational Research and Innovation (CERI) Member of Expertgroup to evaluate the activities of Switzerland in the field of lifelong Learning in 1999.

Labour Market Policy in Vienna (Wiener ArbeitnehmerInnen Förderungsfond), Design of Evaluation Studies cofinanced by the European Social Fund in the fields of education and labour market policies in 1999, renewed collaboration for program period 2001-2003.

European Commission in 1999: Peer Review of the british further training policy and training vouchers as well as the initiative "University for Industry".

Member of the scientif committee of  the European Commission and Eurostat on the development of the new EU database on labour market policies and coordination of with other parallel data collection efforts of Eurostat on further training (CVTS), wage costs and national accounts, 1998-2000.

Senat of Berlin for the Design and implementation of Evaluations in the fields of labour market policies and further training in 1996 and a comparative analysis of regulations of Jobrotation in the EU in 1998.
