Elisabeth Asche, Diplom-Volkswirtin (eq. M.A. in Economics), was the administrator of the WZB Research Area II “Markets and Politics” in 2008, as stand-in for Babette Hagemann.

Since December 2008 she is the coordinator of the "Transatlantic Graduate Research Program" at the Center for Metropolitan Studies (CMS) in Berlin.
