Florian
Zinsmeister joined the research area "Markets and Politics" a research guest in June 2008. His fields
of interest are public finance and fiscal federalism.
Since finishing his studies at
Humboldt-University Berlin in 2006,
Florian Zinsmeister is employed as a research assistant at the
German Institute
for Economic Research (DIW). His working fields are the analysis
and forecasts of public budgets as well as fiscal policy. In 2007 he
joined the Berlin Doctoral Program. Florian Zinsmeister is currently
working on his Ph.D. thesis about conflicts in fiscal federalism,
especially transfer payments and bail-outs. |
